About the Inn’s Corporate Events

Creating the right environment for your business event is critical to your company’s success. The Inn’s extraordinary facility offers more than 90,000 square feet of flexible meeting space with eleven unique rooms to host all types and styles of business events. We can customize menus for seminars, trainings, meetings, award dinners, installation dinners, cocktail receptions, holiday parties and fundraisers for as few as 10 guests and up to 500 or more guests. From an informal continental breakfast to an elaborately catered company gala, The Inn at New Hyde Park allows you to focus on the business at-hand while we expertly handle all the rest.

In addition to our beautiful indoor spaces, our outdoor patio can host up to 300 guests with a continuous cocktail party or networking event. Our spacious patio allows us to work with you, designing your event to flow as successful as possible, and the surrounding gardens present stunning photo opportunities! Our experienced Event Planners work with all of our clients to ensure all needs are met, plus we have outdoor microphones and speakers for presentation purposes.

Gable Ballroom: 100-300 guests
Tuscany Ballroom: 85-250 guests
Conservatory: 75-200 guests
Savannah Room: 30-50 guests
Anthonian/Rose Room: 80-200 guests, or can be separated into two smaller rooms
Tuscany Suite & Gable Suite: available for corporate VIP meetings

Outdoor Patio: Up To 300 Guests
